Kim Reitmeier

President

Kim Reitmeier has 20+ years of senior executive experience leading and advocating for Alaska Native people and communities. Throughout her career, Kim has served on numerous boards and is deeply committed to empowering Alaska Native and American Indian people everywhere. Kim is Sugpiaq, an enrolled member of the Sun'aq Tribe of Kodiak, and a shareholder of Koniag and Ouzinkie Native Corporation.

Welles

General Manager

Luke Welles has 20+ years of executive experience, with roles of Vice President and CFO in Tribal health in Alaska. Luke has also served on the board of the Alaska Municipal Bond Bank for 16+ years and is the current Chairman.

Dave DeRoberts

Director of Development and Construction

Dave DeRoberts has 40+ years of commercial design-build construction experience, managing hundreds of projects throughout Alaska. Dave has served on the board of the Alaska Associated Builders and Contractors, and the University of Alaska Construction Management Program.

Director of Strategy and Contracting

Justin Ovsak has 10+ years of business management and facility DBFOM experience. Justin is a former APC Chairman and Treasurer at the Alaska Native Cultural Charter School.

Shad Schoppert

Director of Facilities and Engineering

Shad has dedicated the majority of his career to working with Tribes and Tribal Organizations and is a national expert in 105(l) leases. As a recognized leader in the field, he specializes in facilities management, strategic planning, and development, helping Tribal communities navigate and maximize funding opportunities to build sustainable infrastructure.

Joey Eski

Director of Finance

Joey Eski brings 25+ years of financial and accounting expertise to Tribal Development Partners. A CPA with degrees from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, she has held a range of roles in financial management and higher education, including teaching accounting at both UW–Madison and UAA. Based in Anchorage, Joey has been a local business owner for nearly a decade and currently serves on the board of the Nordic Ski Association of Anchorage, reflecting her strong commitment to community involvement.
